Staff Login Guide

Government staff access the admin panel to manage tickets and operations.

Accessing the Admin Panel

Navigate to /admin/login.php or click "Staff Login" on the homepage.

Login Credentials

Use your official government email and assigned password:

  • Email: Your official @sindh.gov.pk address
  • Password: Initial password provided by your administrator
First Time? Change your password immediately after first login via Profile → Change Password.

Staff Roles

Super AdminFull system access, all settings
AdminAll features except system settings
ManagerManage department tickets and staff
AgentProcess assigned tickets only

After Login

You'll see the admin dashboard with:

  • Quick stats (open, today, overdue tickets)
  • Sidebar navigation to all modules
  • Recent tickets requiring attention
  • Department-wise breakdown
Account Lockout: 5 failed login attempts will lock your account. Contact your administrator to unlock.
