How to File a Complaint
Step-by-step guide to submitting an IT-related complaint through the portal.
Step 1: Navigate to the Complaint Form
Click on "File Complaint" in the top navigation bar, or go directly to /ticket/new.php.
Step 2: Fill in Your Information
Provide your personal details:
- Full Name (required) — Your complete name as per CNIC
- Email (optional) — For receiving ticket updates
- Phone (optional) — Format: 03XX-XXXXXXX
- CNIC (optional) — Format: XXXXX-XXXXXXX-X
- City (optional) — Your city in Sindh
Step 3: Select Category & Priority
Choose the appropriate complaint category based on your issue:
- IT Department: Network, Hardware, Software, Email, Data Recovery, Cybersecurity
- Labor Ministry: Labor complaints, worker rights
- Finance Department: Tax/Revenue issues
- Education Department: School/college issues
- Health Department: Hospital/health facility issues
- Home Department: Security/law & order
- Local Government: Municipal services
- Energy Department: Electricity/gas issues
- Transport: Public transport complaints
- Planning & Development: Development projects
Step 4: Write Your Complaint
- Subject: Brief title (max 500 chars)
- Description: Detailed explanation (minimum 20 characters). Be specific about what happened, when, and impact.
- Attachment: Upload supporting documents (max 5MB — PDF, DOC, images)
Tip: The more detailed your description, the faster your complaint will be resolved. Include error messages, dates, and affected systems.
Step 5: Submit & Get Tracking Number
Click "Submit Complaint". You will receive:
- A unique Ticket Number (e.g., SIT-2026-10001)
- A 6-character Tracking PIN (e.g., F8FC05)
Important: Save both your ticket number and PIN. You'll need them to track your complaint status. If you provided an email, you'll also receive a confirmation.
