1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sindh IT Complaint Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
2. Purpose of Service
The Portal is an official Government of Sindh platform for filing, tracking, and resolving IT-related complaints and other grievances across Sindh government ministries and departments.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not file false, frivolous, or malicious complaints
- Not attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the system
- Not upload malicious files (viruses, scripts, exploits)
- Not impersonate another person or entity
- Protect your tracking PIN and login credentials
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting automated or bulk complaints (spam/bots)
- Uploading illegal, obscene, or defamatory content
- Attempting unauthorized access to admin functions
- Reverse engineering or scraping the system
- Sharing other users' personal data without consent
Violations may result in blocking and referral to FIA Cyber Crime Wing under PECA 2016.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced when possible.
6. Complaint Processing
- Complaints are routed based on category and department jurisdiction
- SLA timelines are targets, not absolute guarantees
- Resolution depends on complexity and inter-department coordination
- We reserve the right to reject duplicate or out-of-scope complaints
7. Limitation of Liability
The Government of Sindh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal. Our liability is limited to re-processing complaints where system errors occurred.
8. Intellectual Property
The Portal design, logo, and content are property of Government of Sindh. You retain ownership of complaint content you submit but grant us license to process it for complaint resolution.
9. Company Registration
Companies registering must:
- Be legitimate registered entities (SECP/NTN preferred)
- Provide accurate contact information
- Manage their staff accounts responsibly
- Deactivate accounts of departing employees
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Citizens may stop using the service at any time.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Province of Sindh. Disputes fall under jurisdiction of Sindh courts.
